RETURN POLICY

We hope you are as delighted with your sparkly goodies as we have been to make them for you. Each kit is individually handmade and collated with love and attention to detail. 

However, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out! If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for a full refund, excluding shipping costs*, subject to the conditions below:

RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are unhappy with the quality of an item. Please be sure to check the product details and dimensions to ensure you understand what you are ordering before placing an order. Many of our products are small in size (and some are miniature!) as they are intended for use during small world play and by children.
 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (including all original packaging).
 

You must complete your return within 7 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related cost.
 

The original shipping costs* are not refunded.
 

You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. We may ask you to supply photographic evidence. 
 

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and homemade bases such as coloured rice, pasta and play dough. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Refunds

SparkleTeach Resources reserves the right to reject returns outside the 7 day return period, or items which are returned that are not in their original condition and/or packaging.

If your parcel is returned to us due to a rejected delivery or failure to claim the parcel, then you will be responsible for paying the return charge. This will be deducted from your refund, along with the initial shipping charge.

*Please note, shipping costs are subsidised by SparkleTeach Resources.

This means you pay a reduced shipping rate or may even benefit from 'free shipping'. If a parcel is returned, the full price of the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
